1. The service
Lumen Twin provides infrastructure to train and operate a personal AI twin. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account, including any autonomous action taken by your Twin under the autonomy level you configured.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Lumen Twin to impersonate third parties without consent, generate harmful or illegal content, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or train competing models on outputs. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Twin autonomy
Autonomous and proactive modes execute actions on your behalf. You remain legally responsible for those actions. You can revoke autonomy or pause your Twin at any time.
4.1 Voice cloning & AI representation
By enabling voice cloning, image likeness or any persona-replicating feature, you warrant that (a) the voice/likeness is yours, or (b) you hold explicit, revocable, written consent from the person being replicated. You will retain that consent for at least 5 years and provide it on request. We watermark generated audio and may suspend persona features at any time on suspicion of misuse.
4.2 Eligibility & age
Lumen Twin is a tool for adults and emancipated professionals. You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below this age and will delete any account found in violation.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Quotas reset on the billing anniversary. Refunds within 14 days of first charge for unused service — see the Refund Policy. Cancellations take effect at period end; access is preserved until then.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of inputs and outputs. We retain ownership of the platform, models we train, and aggregated, anonymized analytics.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. You may close your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes go to the competent courts of Cádiz, Spain, except where consumer law grants you a different forum.
