What exactly is a Lumen Twin?

A Lumen Twin is a personal AI that learns how you think, prioritize and operate from the surfaces you actually work in (email, chat, calendar, docs, voice). It can answer in your voice, draft like you, and — at higher autonomy levels — execute approved actions on your behalf.

How is this different from ChatGPT or a generic assistant?

Generic assistants give you a model. Lumen Twin gives you a representation of yourself: persistent memory, behavioral patterns, calibrated voice, and explicit autonomy controls. It is built to act as you, not for you.

Can the Twin take actions without me?

Accepted Answer

Only if you raise the autonomy level. Default mode requires explicit approval for every outbound action. You can switch to supervised, semi-autonomous, or fully autonomous per surface (email, calendar, payments, etc.).

How long does it take to train?

First useful behavior appears in minutes after connecting your first source. Behavioral fidelity above 90% typically takes 7 days of normal usage and at least one round of feedback on simulated outputs.

Can I delete my Twin's memory?

Yes. Granular redaction, full memory wipe, and account deletion are available from Settings → Data. Deletion propagates within 30 days, including backups.

Do you train your models on my data?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not train shared foundation models on your data. Your Twin is yours; the patterns we extract are scoped to your account.

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

All Twin memory is encrypted at rest in EU-region infrastructure. Per-user vector indexes are isolated by row-level security at the database layer.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. We offer full data subject rights, EU residency by default, and a signed DPA for business customers. See our Privacy Policy and DPA.

Who can see my Twin's outputs?

Accepted Answer

Only you and the people you explicitly share with. Lumendra Labs staff cannot read your memory or conversations except in narrowly-scoped abuse investigations, with audit logging.

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can train and chat with your Twin on the free tier. Voice, autonomous actions and the public API are on Pro and above.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at period end. Annual plans get a pro-rata refund of unused full months past the 14-day cooling-off window. See the Refund Policy.

Do you offer Enterprise pricing?
