1. What we collect
To replicate your operational behavior, we ingest content you explicitly connect or upload: messages, calendar events, documents, and conversations with your Twin. We never read inboxes, chats or files you have not explicitly authorized.
2. What we do with it
Connected data is used solely to (a) extract memory and behavioral patterns for your Twin, and (b) provide the service to you. We do not train shared foundation models on your data. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for advertising.
3. Where it lives
All Twin memory is stored encrypted at rest in EU-region infrastructure. Embeddings and vector indexes are scoped to your user — row-level security at the database layer prevents cross-account access by design.
4. AI processing
Inference runs through our hosted AI gateway. Prompts and completions are not retained by upstream model providers beyond what is required for abuse monitoring. We pass a no-training flag where supported.
5. Your rights
You can export, redact, or permanently delete your Twin and every associated memory at any time from Settings → Data. Deletion is propagated within 30 days, including to backups. You also have the right to access, rectify, restrict, and port your data under GDPR.
6. Retention
Active memories are kept for the lifetime of your account. Inactive accounts are anonymized after 24 months. Logs (security, billing) are retained up to 12 months for compliance and abuse-detection.
7. Children
Lumen Twin is not intended for users under 16.
